This particular class helps build balance and flexibility from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications by props to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.

This particular class is tailored for women over 70 who want to maintain healthy flexible and balanced bodies

RECLAIM YOURSELF
Private sessions: 90 min
Those classes are based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help students regain control of their body therefore, their mind.
